To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間越式餐廳位置離地鐵站都幾遠下,見雜誌報導先揾到黎呢頭,舖頭地方不大,呢類家庭式餐廳難免人手少嘅情況,雖然樓面只得一個侍應,要招呼晒全場人真係唔易呢碗扎肉湯濛算係食過咁多餐廳中,數一數二嘅好味,扎肉混雜豬耳軟骨,令口感更加豐富,肉質係爽口彈牙咬落完全唔係出面嗰啲得調味料味,好有越南嘅味道同桌就點左雞絲湯河,河粉質感幼滑,唔係普通潮州河粉嘅味道而湯底就無想像中咁油膩,咸度適中,仲帶少少甜味,都幾惹味!如果咁都覺得油,咁就唔好食越南野喇好少見餐廳會有牛油果沙冰就點黎試下完全喜出望外嘅好飲,沙冰打得幾滑,散發好濃嘅牛油果香,$25咁大杯都算抵飲,畢竟一個牛油果都唔平以前睇雜誌或者blogger推介,十個有九個都係伏,不過呢個真心覺得好味,價錢又唔貴,都幾值得經過荃灣黎試下嘅

呢碗扎肉湯濛算係食過咁多餐廳中,數一數二嘅好味,扎肉混雜豬耳軟骨,令口感更加豐富,肉質係爽口彈牙
咬落完全唔係出面嗰啲得調味料味,好有越南嘅味道
