To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工約咗同事食飯,同事介紹就嚟咗呢間金豪酒家,雖然有兩間舖,但係都差唔多滿座,氣氛熱鬧,好彩book咗位,暢通無阻。同事就拍板叫咗呢幾味菜:✨龍躉兩味之一(清蒸班頭腩)呢碟清蒸班頭腩,蒸嘅時間啱啱好,淋上豉油蔥汁非常鮮味可口。✨龍躉兩味之二(翡翠炒球)呢個翡翠炒球非常推介,成碟菜所有配菜我都鍾意食,入邊有芹菜,木耳,菇,加埋肥美新鮮嘅魚球去炒,成碟菜色澤均勻,好啱撈飯食。呢碟菜最快清晒,配飯一流!✨豉油皇中蝦蝦肉新鮮,有鑊氣,配豉油王汁冇得輸。廚師亦非常細心,剪晒啲慘口嘅蝦鬚同腳再開邊,唔使用手滅都可以食到蝦真係好。✨頭抽霸王雞呢個頭抽霸王雞,係新鮮農場雞嚟,肉質當然比冰鮮雞鮮甜,配上廚師調製嘅豉油汁喺度做,讚✨上湯浸豆苗最後唔少得梗係要啲菜㗎啦,豆苗本身脆嫩,加上湯汁,令到豆苗清爽之餘帶點濃郁。整體味道唔錯,部份菜式仲好過酒樓添,而且店員服務好,會主動幫忙換碟。見佢枱枱客滿,就知回頭客有幾多啦😎
