中環石板街,除咗係遊客拍攝嘅好地方仲隱藏著好多高質餐廳今次去咗呢間由日藉師傅主理以「雞」作主題嘅日式串燒店特別之處.店內日藉師傅選用日本備長炭來燒製即叫即燒.而且價格大眾化可以盡情享受到每個雞嘅不同部位睇住師傅用心燒製.燒到火光紅紅每串肉質都保留豐富肉汁而且口感鮮嫩面層雞皮燒至金黃香脆.亦唔會燶焦最後添加 口感creamy嘅芝士卡邦尼烏東加上煙肉同黑胡椒.味道香濃味道質數有水準難怪吸引不少附近上班族
