近排成日聽好多朋友講石板燒已經 風靡緊一眾香港人,可以享受無窮既牛肉之際由自己親手係一個高溫石板去主理,真係好有質感,有別於一般韓燒風味,而呢到係非常適合你一條毒L想平平想地鋸下牛扒,又唔洗驚好尷尬,因為呢到由落單去到取餐都係自助形式,基本上你只係需要比返你簡果塊牛既錢,其餘餐廳內既白飯、麵鼓湯、沙律、飲品都係任食唔嬲,而且餐廳仲提供圍裙防止石板高溫下彈到既油,非常細心,無可挑剔呀!👇📌 牛肩肉300g - $110 👉 作為牛魔王既我黎講,對牛肉既熱誠可以話瘋狂呀!本身牛肉黎到既時侯大概有一成熟左右,以石板咁高溫既情況下,將牛肉切成4大舊,每邊單面大火各煎30秒,煎到半金黃色就食我覺得岩岩好,整體肉質夠咬口又有彈性,加埋熱力既JarJar聲同埋油花衝出黎果種澎湃感覺真係好過癮!📌 磊牛扒400g - $130👉 比西冷牛排更加大塊,相對肉質比較結實,油脂比牛肩肉更加豐富!肉質鮮嫩多汁,但有樣野要提醒一下,就係唔好太早將調味料放係牛肉上,因為控制唔到火力就會令肉質加快變老,最好就係煎到你5成熟,就可以將黑胡椒灑上去,就直接食就一定係最好味,我唔會太建議用沾燒汁,餐廳本身提供既牛肉已經幾

本身牛肉黎到既時侯大概有一成熟左右,

燒汁只會破壞左本身既肉香!當然唔少得白飯啦!
識食既當然趁塊石板仲熱,擺埋d飯上去石板,
再落埋黑椒汁,燒汁一齊撈埋黎食,
咁就真係變左"Pepper Dinner"啦!LOL
