To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家人喜歡吃中菜,於是這晚與家人來到尖沙咀的香港老飯店吃個晚飯。餐廳很大,設於樓上雅座,裝修豪華新淨,環境讓人很舒服。店員服務態度很好,殷勤好客,很主動招呼我們。松子黃魚海鮮類選了賣相吸引的松子黃魚,亦是開胃醒神的一道菜。黃魚的鎅花分明,橙紅的甜酸茨汁做得剛好,酸甜適口,魚肉外脆裡嫩,色澤金黃。南翔小籠包一上桌就令人垂涎三尺,皮薄餡靚,小籠包外皮夠薄,肉饀鬆化富肉汁,水準依然,令人欲罷不能。脆皮上雞(半隻)雞皮香脆,雞肉香嫩,口感豐富,但雞味不算重,若配上燒汁會更佳,能吊出雞肉的鮮味,味道更加突出。揚州炒飯這裡的炒飯炒得粒粒分明,每粒米顏色都偏黃,飯和蛋分得較明顯。蔥粒、蛋、蝦仁和叉燒都切成小方,口感更佳。難得與家人吃晚飯,不論食物、環境、服務質素都很正面,對這頓晚飯都很滿意。
