To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日又帶老婆去食好嘢。講真，呢間餐廳老婆期待咗好耐，之前一直未有機會去食，今日終於有時間去啦😆。餐廳座位闊落，環境舒適🥰，有落地大玻璃🪟，感覺光猛開陽☀️，另外餐廳仲有唔少特色cocktail🍸可供選擇。半自助早午餐放題 $588今期放題主打北海道雪鱈蟹腳🦀同埋季節限定嘅關東煮🍢，當然係無限量供應啦。任食嘅仲有前菜、刺身🍣、燒物🔥、天婦羅🍤及A4宮崎和牛菜式🐃。基本上我地全部都試勻哂😆，首先Duck哥🦆覺得必試嘅係味噌湯🍲和蟹粉茶碗蒸🍵，味噌湯味道濃郁，茶碗蒸時間掌握得好好，蛋🥚好香好滑。天婦羅🍤外層炸漿非常薄脆，水準中上水平😋；幾款燒物🔥都做得好出色，好似燒雞翼🐓、黑豚香腸、粟米🌽、冬菇🍄等。卷物有4️⃣款，分別係鰻魚牛油果卷、大閘蟹粉卷、雜錦辛香刺身太卷同埋FUMI素菜卷，每款都好好味😋。刺身🍣方面選擇唔多，但款款都好新鮮😍，當中以帶子同埋三文魚🐟最為出色。話說，我經過刺身區域時，見到完條油甘魚🐟，我以為係裝飾，點知行返轉頭嘅時候，發現成條唔見咗，原來師傅攞咗去即切，之後成盤放出嚟，勁新鮮，好食到不得之了😋。重頭戲，除咗北海道雪鱈蟹腳🦀外，仲有珍寶松葉蟹腳🦀。2️⃣者size都幾大下，同樣
