今日去左大館遊歷, 順手約埋朋友喺中環食Lunch, 去到九如坊, 見到有間小店 “鳥世一” 主打串燒, 咁就不如食呢間啦.餐廳裝修得好似日本高級居酒屋, 中間有一間透明廚房, 廚師就喺裡面主理串燒, 客人可以望到廚師點做菜. 簡簡單單點左: 稻庭烏冬, 海膽海哲豆腐, 網燒牛肉, 雞冠, 紫蘇練梅雞胸肉稻庭烏冬, 選用幼細烏冬, 好滑, 一啜就直落喉嚨, 湯底清甜.海膽海哲豆腐, 海膽海哲味道較濃, 配上味道較淡嘅香滑豆腐, 配合得剛剛好. 網燒牛肉, 好大塊牛肉, 牛味濃, 有質感, 肥瘦適中, 網燒做到少少微燶, 更加香口. 雞冠, 好少地方有得食燒雞冠, 因為雞冠比較稀有, 加上唔係人人接受, 當我之前食過一次後, 就愛上食雞冠. 雞冠燒得好香脆, 收哂水, 好似食薯片咁, 入口真係唔知食緊雞冠紫蘇練梅雞胸肉, 啖啖肉, 雞肉味較為清淡, 但肉質香口, 好林好軟

稻庭烏冬, 選用幼細烏冬, 好滑, 一啜就直落喉嚨, 湯底清甜.

海膽海哲豆腐, 海膽海哲味道較濃, 配上味道較淡嘅香滑豆腐, 配合得剛剛好.

網燒牛肉, 好大塊牛肉, 牛味濃, 有質感, 肥瘦適中, 網燒做到少少微燶, 更加香口.
