今次去食一間好非常之高質omakase,點解話非常之高質呢?係因為佢除咗食材新鮮,烹調配搭手法亦都比較特別同埋出色,而且擺盤都非常之靚!我真係有不少驚喜!


茶碗蒸
黃色嘅就成日見,黑色就好少見。用咗墨魚嘅墨汁製成,配合高湯同埋螢光魷魚,味道特別鮮甜。

生蠔
嚟自長崎嘅華漣,口感會爽口同埋有少許嘅海水味。配搭柚子酸汁就更加鮮甜。

剝皮魚
小小魚肉,但係精華所在就係肝嘅部份。白色透明嘅魚肉倒入魚肝整成嘅醬汁,特別濃郁。

櫻煮八爪魚
用左熟成去軟化纖維,所以口感軟腍又仲有爽口嘅感覺,味道帶甜。

目光魚
小小魚肉卻非常肥美,外層燒到香脆,魚肉味濃又冇乜骨,成條可以一齊食。

鰆魚
春天時令嘅魚種,用左稻草去煙燻,配搭日本洋蔥正式嘅洋蔥醬。煙熏味唔會蓋過魚肉本身嘅鮮味,帶返少少濃烈嘅味道出嚟。

鮟鱇魚乾
用在鮟鱇魚肝整成醬,底層係脆脆餅,而上面透明嘅係蕃茄同埋高湯整食嘅啫喱,食嘅時候記住一啖食晒呀,一啲都唔油膩仲有啲清甜添。

太刀魚天婦羅
產自日本嘅太刀魚,面頭加入少少海鹽,香脆魚肉又細膩。

碗物
湯內有九繪魚,石班魚嘅厚實口感。另外仲有蝦球,湯主要用作清新喉嚨。

深海池魚
肉質厚實,相對上比較濃味。

日本富山白蝦
口感軟身,加入左柚子醋,所以會鮮甜好多。

針魚
同樣係春天嘅時令魚類,同秋刀魚一樣同屬品種,但係味道會清甜好多。

赤鯥
用備長炭燒過,所以充滿油香又有炭香味。

池魚
肉質緊緻又濃味。

大拖羅
魚鮨味極重!入口即溶。

北海道馬糞海膽杯
用左北海道馬糞、醬油漬三文魚子和飯粒用咗比較濃味嘅海膽,一個字「鮮」。

海之茶奶凍
焙茶一種,口感非常幼滑,又有茶香。
