放假與購物精朋友逛東薈城名店倉Outlet,爆買完後搵食,朋友要吃廣東菜,立刻記起6樓的六小館主打新派粵菜,值得一試。餐廳座位寬敞,環境舒適,還有一排落地玻璃窗,睇景一流。除基本普洱、香片,還可選鐵觀音。我們兩人點了3道菜。🔶「古法清湯本地新鮮牛雜」湯底清甜冇味精,有牛腩、牛肚入口軟腍,牛筋滿滿骨膠原,蘿蔔也不可錯過,點辣椒油同吃,要吃到清碟!🔶「生啫黑豚芥蘭遠」夠惹味,黑豚肉同蝦乾爆炒芥蘭,熱辣辣上碟,鑊氣十足,蝦醬帶鹹香最啱送白飯,分分鐘食多兩碗。🔶「鍋燒滴漏雞油鮮野菌燴飯」,每日新鮮製造,啖啖雞油配香濃菇味,表面灑了瑤柱碎,燴飯飯粒濕濕地不油膩,兩個人食量剛剛好。隔離枱食「功夫吊燒三味脆皮雞」,賣相吸引,下次必試。
