To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係周年紀念日,至愛為我預訂了這間有情調的餐廳,位於金鐘中信大廈的”Brick Lane”。我們晚上6點已經到達,人不太多, 餐廳裝修優雅, 給人舒適的感覺, 有一角落是特別優閒的放了梳化。 還有露天位置, 外望金鐘夜景, 賞心悅目。如果在附近上班, 放工在這裡happy hour, 真的可以放鬆一天緊張的心情。看看餐牌, 見到有Egg Benedict, 這個菜式不是周圍有得食, 待應跟我們說只限金鐘分店有”龍蝦班尼迪蛋”, 我們當然要一試。上檯時覺得賣相滿分, 用刀切開, 濃濃的蛋汁流出來, 配上底下烤得微脆的鬆餅, 咸蛋黃荷蘭醬, 中間夾有龍蝦肉沙律, 味道清新可口,加上伴碟的沙律菜,味道我也給滿分。主菜點了”焗開心果脆皮羊架”,表面煎得剛剛熟,切開裏面還有少少紅,質感軟嫩,油脂分怖平均,肉味十分香濃,而且還有一點騷味,我經常說羊要騷先好食。配上薯仔、蔬菜, 份量剛剛好。另一主菜點了”澳洲穀飼安格斯肉眼扒”, 份量好大,牛肉味濃郁,煎到七成熟剛剛好,還有classic 格仔紋。肉質非常嫩滑,很容易切開, 牛扒旁還有薯仔、彩椒、車厘茄伴碟,更覺健康。飯後當然係要吃甜品, 我們點了

飯後當然係要吃甜品, 我們點了抹茶蛋糕, 賣相好配合餐廳, 附上brike圖案, 好靚呀~ 蛋糕軟熟, 帶濃濃抹茶味, 正會我抹茶控口味。

最後, 我還點了熱玫瑰牛奶咖啡,我第一次飲到玫瑰味的咖啡, 玫瑰及咖啡味比例大概各佔一半, 配搭很好, 在餐廳慢慢嘆, 很休閒呀!!!

總括來說, 餐廳食物味道、環境的確唔錯, 雖然價錢比較貴, 但真的交足功課, 下次有也會再來 !
