To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 被譽為香港高級連鎖茶餐廳嘅翠華茶餐廳,喺東涌富東呢間分店裝修過開咗幾個月。但係咁耐以來都冇咗以前最好食嘅焗麵包,其實有啲失望。佢個麵包有新鮮又香又大過亦都唔係一陣風嘅。不過唔緊要啦,都叫做仲有個早餐食啊。我哋叫咗一個A餐係火腿鮑魚通粉加炒蛋豬仔包 + 熱奶茶佢個通粉唔係我哋平時食嗰隻通粉,係超級大粒㗎。火腿絲嘅份量都唔少,不過個湯底就應該用普通味粉同鹽,濃味但其實偏鹹。熱奶茶就唔錯,真係好過而家嘅大家樂另一個嗌咗B餐就係最出名嘅沙嗲牛肉麵,加炒蛋豬仔包沙嗲牛肉麵同以前啲有少少唔同,偏甜過以前本身想加煉奶,但佢少少要我加兩蚊,咁大間茶餐廳的確係唔抵,仲要賺到咁盡本身已經貴

我哋叫咗一個A餐
係火腿鮑魚通粉加炒蛋豬仔包 + 熱奶茶
佢個通粉唔係我哋平時食嗰隻通粉,係超級大粒㗎。火腿絲嘅份量都唔少,不過個湯底就應該用普通味粉同鹽,濃味但其實偏鹹。
