一年一度嘅日子,梗係要食餐好嘅,今次去ICC 101樓嘅龍璽酒家,淨係聽個名都好有氣派😎入到去已經比個落地玻璃吸引住,喺高層俯瞰香港嘅景色真係好靚🤩。一坐低,服務員就拎左杯養生茶來,有紅棗杞子桂圓燕窩,飲落好香甜,開胃醒神👍🏼,跟住我哋就點餐。我哋叫咗個冰燒三層肉、炒菜心苗、炸蒜片炒牛柳粒、生拆海蝦西施泡飯。先來個牛柳粒,燒汁好入味,炸蒜片勁香脆,一粒牛配一塊蒜片,味道好夾🤩,之後來個冰燒三層肉,層皮好脆,肉同肥膏嘅比例就啱啱好,層層分明😍。菜心苗好爽嫩,一啲渣都冇,入口清甜😋。最後就要特別介紹個泡飯,呢個生拆海蝦西施泡飯,最大特色係佢有炸過嘅飯粒,即場喺你面前加落去熱辣辣嘅湯飯入邊,有滋滋聲嘅效果,口感非常特別,咁香脆嘅湯飯真係第一次食,而且蝦肉亦都好新鮮彈牙,強烈推介呢一項美食❤️期間服務都好殷勤,不時有職員主動過來斟茶,價錢亦比想像中抵食,性價比好高,非常值得推介👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
