放工同朋友們一行四人,去咗尖沙咀食飯聚舊,大家都係食肉獸,食韓燒就最適合不過🔥。其中一人提議食「韓珍」,佢之前幫襯過,對餐廳讚不絕口。餐廳平日晚上都好爆場,人氣極高。呢度環境算唔錯,最重要係抽風系統好,食完個身都無一浸味👍,另外仲設有包箱房間。未正式開餐前,店員先端上一大堆韓式前菜小食,望落七彩繽紛🌈,而食落就非常開胃。🥗沙律菜大大碗,生菜翠綠,麻醬恰到好處。其他前菜仲有泡菜、菠菜、芽菜、酸蘿蔔、雞蛋紫菜卷同乾魚仔等🐟。韓式涼拌青瓜,青瓜浸泡於柚子汁之中🍊,中間夾雜住冬菇同紅椒,口感爽脆,而且味道甜甜的,相比起普通青瓜更顯清新🥒。宮廷九節板,呢個係古代嘅韓式宮廷料理,造型精緻。🍱叫得九節板就係指由多種食材組成,圓薄餅有一定厚度,口感煙韌,並可按自己喜好放上配料🫓,包括牛肉碎、紅蘿蔔、冬菇、翠玉瓜、蛋絲、芽菜同青瓜,而不得不提嘅係個芥末汁,加少少一齊食好搭調,兼且精神為之一振!醬油蟹配牛油飯,喺香港好少地方有得食醬油蟹,而有質素嘅更加係寥寥可數。韓珍特意聘請韓國師傅嚟港主理,醃製醬油蟹,口味正宗。🦀蟹肉味道超鮮甜,肉質軟綿,蟹膏澎湃,一啲腥味都冇。食完之後,蟹嘅鮮香一直停留喺口中,再食啖
