朋友起外國返嚟,時間只夾到佢飛果個晚上所以揀咗樓下就有機場快線嘅圓方食飯食啲特別嘅菜就啱哂,因為香港咩菜式都有我想佢地起英國都唔會成日食到韓燒望哂openrice, 呢間自己都未試過,一於預早訂位餐廳內環境唔錯,入邊都有好大空間,座位都非常多侍應安排了卡座給我們(其實卡座是可坐六人)我們坐得非常舒服先來幾份前菜,食韓國菜的特色,好開心呢前菜除了基本的泡菜、芽菜和菠菜外,還有醃魷魚和魚片等,主菜未來都可以吃住先見到好多人都點呢份韓牛大蔥卷, 朋友都想試呢份肉仲會包埋一份泡菜炒飯, 正韓牛卷好靚, 粉嫩嘅肉色, 清晰見到的雪花紋, 內裡包著鮮嫩嘅大蔥事前"立"過下食評, 如果燒肉的話, 會有專人服侍的, 唔使客人自己落手落腳同埋想講, 我最怕的油煙味幾乎是零看著侍應將粉嫩的韓牛烤到啡色, 差點口水都流出來一份共14件的韓牛卷, 我們3人SHARE都覺得好飽可能油脂較重, 所以每人SHARE食幾件就剛好, 同埋幸好中間有大蔥, 整體無咁膩由於韓牛卷沒加任何調味, 所以另附上一小碟黑椒海鹽香油的調味對應客人口味而我就不加任何調味, 因喜歡吃原味道侍應地下手勢將韓牛卷烤熟,留了一兩卷用作炒飯,炒

由於炒飯有點辣,其中一位朋友不太吃得辣
所以點了一份
鮑魚釜飯
相比下,釜飯味道清淡好多,當中加入南瓜、香菇及西蘭花,而鮑魚也是韓國人常用的食材
釜飯附上韓式辣醬,愛味濃的朋友仔可以混埋一起吃

鮮橙色的海膽豆腐,
最初沒太大期望,切一小片再夾上韓式紫菜及青瓜絲
嘩….海膽味好出喎,意外意外
