To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. D2有工匠主題的市集,以手作為題,全部都自家制,行到吾知時間成2點幾肚餓,就上多層搵野食,最後揀左燒肉。和牛上等肋肉定食有和牛上等肋肉六舊,十分豐富的油脂,入口十分嫩滑。炎藏和牛霜.赤燒肉定食有三舊和牛助肉,油脂明顯比和牛上等肋肉少,但是肉味重,咬落去有口感。另外還有三舊和牛羽下,油脂比和牛上等肋肉更多,燒耐D油香美味。追加左和牛羽下及和牛芯芯,和牛芯芯吾知係邊個部位,但是肉及油脂比較很好,十分好味。午市定食有泡菜、沙律、湯及飯。會先上泡菜、沙律、湯,之後燒肉同埋飯就一齊上。
