來自日本東京銀座的過江龍,主打日本和牛,提供了多款不同的罕見日本和牛部位,而且這裡的爐亦都比很多燒肉店的要猛烈,能更好的鎖住牛肉的肉汁,吃起來特別多汁!和牛世身(198元)性價比挺高的,油花比和牛上等肋肉的還要高,但價錢更便宜,吃起來帶點入口即化的口感,油脂感重但香,肉質嫩滑多汁!一共有六片。和牛上等肋肉(218元)肋肉的油花都很豐富,肉感會比較足,嫩滑多汁的。這兩款會推薦世身多一點!性價比更足!上等牛舌(98元)牛舌一共六片,而且都是用上牛舌芯的部位,燒完以後外焦裡爽嫩的,牛味香濃!日本產豚肋肉(88元)半肥瘦的腩肉,燒完以後肥而不膩,口感爽滑彈牙,亦有油香!本身加了點黑胡椒調味。日本產雞頸柳(78元)雞頸柳帶點油脂,燒完以後表面會有點焦脆感,口感非常彈牙,亦保留到不少的肉汁!日本黑豚腸(48元)這個腸裡面除了大量的黑豚肉外,還有很多的芝士,所以吃起來是外脆內彈牙,入口爆汁的,豚肉味濃!和牛炒飯(128元)這個炒飯有點像日式鐵板燒炒飯的,吃起來粒粒分明,有很香的蛋味,和牛粒亦加了挺多,每口都是牛肉香!3.5牛奶軟雪糕(38元)牛奶味很濃,質感奶滑,再加上甜筒碎來增加口感! continue reading

晚上同朋友嚟左呢間荔枝角D2 Place 商場入面既日式燒肉店先叫左份蕃茄沙律,蕃茄去左皮,幾細心燒肉可以單點或者有燒肉Set揀左個炎藏和牛「極致」4點拼盤職員話拼盤既肉就當日師傅同儲貨而決定最後有和牛肋肉、和牛芯芯、臀肉蓋同牛柳個人比較鐘意和牛肋肉,牛味重同夠油香上等牛舌放上烤爐妹快就會熟,幾爽口彈牙另外叫左和牛貝身,油脂比例較豐富入口滿滿既牛味,肉質鬆化所以另外再點左份日本生菜夾住一齊食日本生菜細細塊都幾清甜爽口另外都點左碗月見紫菜飯,配左蘭王蛋最後叫左季節限定軟雪糕,係芒果mix with蘋果味,幾清爽整體食物水準唔錯,值得一試! continue reading

最近去咗一家超正的日式燒肉店——銀座炎藏燒肉。入到去,木系裝修加上柔和燈光,整體感覺好溫暖,好似進入咗日本小巷燒肉店咁,坐得舒服又輕鬆,環境好適合同朋友或家人一齊享受美食。點咗幾道招牌菜,第一道就係炎蔵和牛「極致」6點拼盤,入面有和牛芯芯、和牛內腿肉、和牛鞍下、和牛肩三角、和牛肋肉etc,單睇個拼盤已經令我口水直流。肉片色澤鮮艷,油花分佈得好均勻,忍唔住想即刻開動!首先試咗和牛芯芯,呢部分肉質真係好幼滑,脂肪含量啱啱好,輕輕一燒,油脂就慢慢流出,香氣四溢。咬落去,肉質馬上化開,帶著自然的甜味!另外和牛內腿肉肉質厚實,咀嚼時感受到濃郁的肉香,口感彈牙。和牛肩三角部位嚼起來有啲嚼勁,外面微微焦香,口感層次豐富,咬下去真係好滿足。而和牛肋肉脂肪更豐富,燒到金黃,肉汁四溢,香濃又唔油膩,體驗到和牛的極致享受。和牛咖哩飯,咖哩香氣十足,搭配柔軟的米飯,食落去好過癮,肉香同咖哩風味完美融合,令人回味無窮。再加上點了韓國泡菜,酸辣口感正好中和咗肉的油膩感,增添咗一絲清新。另一道必試燒雪魚片,係即場代燒,香氣四溢。口感清爽,加埋個醬口感更豐富!蝦鮮味十足,烤得剛剛好,外皮微脆,裡面卻保持住鮮嫩,最後點埋菠蘿乳酸梳打,清爽可口,菠蘿香味十足,!甜品方面,點咗日本產柚子雪糕,口感綿滑,柚子的清香同微酸味道完美結合,為呢頓燒肉盛宴畫上完美句號。銀座炎藏燒肉絕對係一個食肉愛好者+燒肉愛好者天堂!環境優雅,食物更令人難忘,每一道菜都帶 住獨特魅力,實在想再約朋友再來一次! continue reading
