早幾日收工留咗喺荔枝角食同朋友食埋個晚飯先走估唔到D2 Place呢間燒肉真係唔錯👍🏻🥩 炎藏和牛「極致」六點拼盤 ($588)拼盤分別由和牛六個不同部位組成,每款都有三塊,分別係和牛龜之甲、和牛上後腰脊肉、和牛臀肉蓋、和牛貝身、牛友三角及和牛羽下。🐄🤠首先由屬於赤身部位既和牛龜之甲及和牛上後腰脊肉開始試起,雖然赤身部位油脂唔算好多但話哂都屬於和牛中的稀有部位,食落牛味濃郁口感清爽。😋跟住就到和牛臀肉蓋及和牛貝身啦,相對起之前果兩款,呢兩款既油脂會比較平均,食落肉質柔軟肉味甜香,如果想略為為和牛增添少許調味,可以沾上少量嘅燒肉汁或海鹽,更有風味。😋最後既和牛友三角及和牛羽下,應該係霜降和牛之中的佼佼者🤩對比以上果四款,呢兩款都係比較少見既和牛稀有部位,小編今次終於有機會試到啦!😜 和牛油脂就好似大理石紋一樣分佈得細緻均勻,食落無論油脂香及肉味層次都好豐富,小編仲建議可以沾上少量新鮮磨製既wasabi ,辛辣感令到肉味更加濃郁且可以減低和牛油脂帶黎既膩感。🔥🔥🥩和牛西冷薄切大判燒 ($238)大判燒黑毛和牛西冷大大塊,基本上每邊大火燒5-10秒燒到五成熟再沾上蛋漿食,入口牛肉柔軟油脂感十足仲充滿蛋香,真係夠哂惹味。🤭🍙 月見紫菜飯(配蘭王蛋)($48)食得燒肉又點可以唔叫返碗白飯拌來一齊食,月見紫菜飯就可以一次過滿足晒小編幾個願望,日本米香加埋蘭王蛋香仲有紫菜,配埋和牛燒肉一啖放入口,的確係滋味無窮話咁快幾啖就食完碗飯啦。🍚🍚🍚 continue reading

D2有工匠主題的市集,以手作為題,全部都自家制,行到吾知時間成2點幾肚餓,就上多層搵野食,最後揀左燒肉。和牛上等肋肉定食有和牛上等肋肉六舊,十分豐富的油脂,入口十分嫩滑。炎藏和牛霜.赤燒肉定食有三舊和牛助肉,油脂明顯比和牛上等肋肉少,但是肉味重,咬落去有口感。另外還有三舊和牛羽下,油脂比和牛上等肋肉更多,燒耐D油香美味。追加左和牛羽下及和牛芯芯,和牛芯芯吾知係邊個部位,但是肉及油脂比較很好,十分好味。午市定食有泡菜、沙律、湯及飯。會先上泡菜、沙律、湯,之後燒肉同埋飯就一齊上。 continue reading

最近同朋友去咗呢間銀座炎蔵燒肉,呢間主打高質日式燒肉,裝潢充滿和風氣息,座位空間寬敞,氣氛靜謐舒適,幾適合約會或者朋友聚餐。炎藏和牛「極致」6點拼盤🐮一次過試到六款不同部位嘅和牛,由肉味最重到油花最好,但都均勻分佈,燒起嚟肉香四溢,輕輕燒到五成熟,肋肉和腿肉肉味濃郁,其他部位入口即溶,完全係高級和牛嘅質感。日本產雞腿肉🐓雞肉肉質嫩滑,燒完口感一流,帶少少煙燻味,皮脆肉嫩。日本產豚肩胛豬頸肉附近嘅部位,肉質細嫩帶少少嚼勁,燒到微焦,油脂滲出嚟,食落非常香口!蔬菜拼盤有粟米、南瓜、翠肉瓜,菇類等,燒完甜味突出,配肉食可以解膩。和牛配月見紫菜飯(配蘭王蛋)完美組合,特別推介月見紫菜飯,粒粒分明嘅米飯拌入紫菜香氣,配埋日本高質蘭王蛋,蛋黃幼滑濃郁,攪拌後帶出甘香風味,單食已經好有層次,加埋燒肉一齊食更加滿足!朝日咖啡生啤酒餐廳期間限定嘅朝日咖啡生啤酒幾有驚喜,淡淡咖啡香混合生啤嘅爽快感,入口帶微微回甘,幾適合配燒肉。 continue reading
