來自日本東京銀座的過江龍,主打日本和牛,提供了多款不同的罕見日本和牛部位,而且這裡的爐亦都比很多燒肉店的要猛烈,能更好的鎖住牛肉的肉汁,吃起來特別多汁!和牛世身(198元)性價比挺高的,油花比和牛上等肋肉的還要高,但價錢更便宜,吃起來帶點入口即化的口感,油脂感重但香,肉質嫩滑多汁!一共有六片。和牛上等肋肉(218元)肋肉的油花都很豐富,肉感會比較足,嫩滑多汁的。這兩款會推薦世身多一點!性價比更足!上等牛舌(98元)牛舌一共六片,而且都是用上牛舌芯的部位,燒完以後外焦裡爽嫩的,牛味香濃!日本產豚肋肉(88元)半肥瘦的腩肉,燒完以後肥而不膩,口感爽滑彈牙,亦有油香!本身加了點黑胡椒調味。日本產雞頸柳(78元)雞頸柳帶點油脂,燒完以後表面會有點焦脆感,口感非常彈牙,亦保留到不少的肉汁!日本黑豚腸(48元)這個腸裡面除了大量的黑豚肉外,還有很多的芝士,所以吃起來是外脆內彈牙,入口爆汁的,豚肉味濃!和牛炒飯(128元)這個炒飯有點像日式鐵板燒炒飯的,吃起來粒粒分明,有很香的蛋味,和牛粒亦加了挺多,每口都是牛肉香!3.5牛奶軟雪糕(38元)牛奶味很濃,質感奶滑,再加上甜筒碎來增加口感! continue reading

銀座炎蔵燒肉:高質素和牛燒肉最近同一位朋友到訪了位於荔枝角的銀座炎蔵燒肉,有別於其他燒肉餐廳,銀座炎蔵燒肉主打不同稀有部位,每一道菜都讓人回味無窮。我們點了兩個定食同追加左兩份燒肉,定食有前菜,湯,沙律同白飯。首先品嚐的是和牛霜拼赤燒肉定食。這道定食中的和牛霜肉質細膩,入口即化,而赤燒肉一樣肉質細膩,帶有豐富的肉香。重要事要講三次,真係好好好好好好食 !!接著是和牛羽下・貝身燒肉定食。羽下肉質鮮嫩多汁,貝身肉則帶有獨特的香氣和彈性,兩者在炭火的烘烤下,散發出誘人的香味,每一口都充滿了和牛的精華。貝身肉相對比較薄,要注意燒肉的時間。在追加的菜品中,和牛芯芯和和牛龜之甲一樣各有特色。和牛芯芯肉質細膩,脂肪分布均勻,烤至微焦時,香氣四溢。而和牛龜之甲則帶有獨特的口感和風味,肉質緊實,嚼勁十足。這裡絕對是品嚐和牛的最佳選擇!我們兩人都比較喜歡和牛霜及赤燒肉!和牛龜之甲建議燒耐一點,其他部位都建議五成熟就已經好好。 continue reading
