To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因有朋自遠方來,為一盡地主之誼,想朋友試試香港地道點心,就帶朋友去陶源酒家食午餐(當然近公司係主要原因😅)以灣仔地區中午時間十二點半左右,不算多人,都不用排隊。平時下午茶時間有特價點心,不過就算中午正價時段價錢也屬於合理。朋友無特別喜好,所以我就話事點個有特色的雀籠點心,另加幾樣點心,四個人應該差不多。首先,雀籠點心有两層,不過分開上,可能主要蒸的點心要時間,但就少了視覺上效果,因為另一半上場合體個籠才完整,這方面可能㕑房可以互相就時間配合令件事更完美。點心賣相不俗,絕對都有落過心思,像菇的像菇,無錯~它其實是包!入面素菜炒菇,幾香,但同素菇餃如出一徹;金箔蝦餃,看似矜貴,味道尙算可以,新鮮蝦,肉爽彈牙天鵝造型蘿蔔酥夠酥脆,已經忘記味道不過與一般食千絲酥差不多無驚喜。旁邊香芋酥,外面鬆脆,芋頭蓉軟度適中不死實,涵料同天鵝類似,其實雀籠點心內容大同小異。鮑魚燒賣,迷你鮑魚炆得入味,肉質有咬口不會韌,燒賣有肉鮮甜,打到起膠沒有一咬散開,明顯點心師父有用心。另外蛋白杏仁糊,朋友非常鍾意,生磨杏仁,真材實料,好香杏仁味,甜度適中。整體食物味道水準不錯,以精緻點心製作,收費又以正價時段,我覺得合
