三文魚~厚切的三文魚,吃下去像在食三文魚腩,油脂豐富又鮮甜

吞拿魚~同樣厚切,應該是中拖羅,一點根都沒有,魚肉鮮甜有口感

油甘魚~厚切的油甘魚嫩滑,油脂分佈平均,但稍為有根

馬糞海膽(伴紫菜)~馬糞海膽鮮甜香濃,用紫菜包著食口感更佳
