和老公補祝情人節,專程嚟觀塘呢間板神食鐵板燒,鋪頭位置近海邊,由地鐵站行過嚟幾分鐘時間。一入去先招呼我哋喺壽司吧度坐低,然後比Menu我哋揀,鐵板燒同廚師發板都有幾個選擇,低至$880 /二人起,難得可以兩口子出來慶祝,決定食個好少少嘅,點了鐵板二人前$2200 /二人(另加一)。跟住店員就帶我地入房坐,鐵板前面有大概八個位,已經有兩位客人用膳中,我哋就乖乖坐好等食啦。先食前菜沙律,一邊食一邊睇師傅表演,佢先將我哋點嘅龍蝦放上鐵板燒,雖然見着一隻生嘅龍蝦被燒熟是帶點殘忍的。師傅幾下手腳已經可以起肉,龍蝦殼就攞入廚房熬湯。龍蝦膏加上用龍蝦頭熬出嚟嘅汁一齊炒,最後連買龍蝦肉同蔬菜一起品嚐,鮮甜無比,肉質爽嫩彈牙,可以選擇點岩鹽和黑椒,但原汁原味也很好吃。第二道菜是銀鱈魚,分量有差不多一隻手掌的大小,魚皮煎得香脆,魚肉滑嫩,魚油甘香,非常可口。第三道菜是鵝肝,厚切之餘仲要相當大件,師傅將佢慢慢咁煎熟,同時烘一塊麵包墊住索油,每人可以有兩件鵝肝多士,香噴噴,口感一流。第四道菜是A5日本宮崎和牛薄燒,好大張「被」呀!在鐵板上快速燒好,師傅加上大量乾蒜和蔥花,用牛肉卷着然後
