經過高美食店又坐低食返個下午茶先,今日剩返好多蛋糕款都已經試過,所以揀左兩款我最鍾意嘅。Ecuador $52 另加一Layers of Praline Sponge CakeCoffee and Hazelnut CreamEcuador係3層Praline海綿蛋糕夾住咖啡味同榛子味忌廉,最上面加左金箔同印左餅店名嘅朱古力牌。蛋糕好易用叉切開,口感係軟綿濕潤,不過冇層次可言,味道就主要係微微嘅咖啡味,冇榛子味。比記憶中失望,下次我唔叫呢款。Mozart $52 另加一Hazelnut DacquoiseCrispy PralineMilk Chocolate GanacheMozart有加左大粒原粒榛子嘅脆達克瓦滋杏仁蛋白餅同Praline脆脆,上面有兩塊超薄朱古力片夾住香滑牛奶朱古力醬,最上面再加左榛子。我超鍾意佢好脆口而帶多層次,仲有好濃嘅榛子味中夾朱古力味,絕對係我最最最鍾意嘅蛋糕口味。另外當然要叫我最愛嘅Scones。Scones $60兩件 另加一今日剩返一個提子味Scones。揀左一原味一提子味。Scone外皮香脆而入面夠鬆,但係唔會散開。提子乾大大粒。配有包裝嘅英國製c

今日剩返一個提子味Scones。揀左一原味一提子味。Scone外皮香脆而入面夠鬆,但係唔會散開。提子乾大大粒。配有包裝嘅英國製clotted cream,雖然clotted cream個面好似有少少凝固,但係其實唔係,下底嘅忌廉都算香滑,我每啖scone都加左好多clotted cream一齊食。另外仲跟左一小瓶士多啤梨果醬同Apricot味果醬,好generous。提子味絕對係好食啲,甜甜哋,配clotted cream更好味。
