有地鐵,確不同。自從地鐵堅尼地城線通車後,西營盤一帶多了很多新食肆,上至高街,一樣送舊迎新,舊舖走,新店來,韓潮西風都在。今晚就在高街嚐嚐西風美食,走進Granville Island吃個晚餐。Granville Island在高街64號,走點酒吧路線,隨有西式晚餐外,餐廳亦有各款手工啤酒供應。餐廳雲集中外顧客,氣氛柔和,環境舒適,很有蘭桂坊 feel。小弟不是好酒人仕,坐下就點美食。簡簡單單就叫了原隻脆皮豬手 ($258)、炭燒智利鱸魚配大蜆 ($228)和Kopparberg Pear Cider ($68)。原隻脆皮鹹豬手,外皮焗到金黃鬆脆,賣相吸引。外皮、脂肪和嫩肉層次分明。入口外皮鬆脆 ,脂肪和嫩肉味道融為一體,肉香四溢,再配上酸菜和醬汁,真是水準之作。炭燒智利鱸魚配大蜆,鱸魚燒得香滑嫩口,大蜆味鮮肉甜,再加嫩綠露筍,色香味配搭一流。再來4.5%酒精的Kopparberg Pear Cider,冰涼味甘,真是享受。
