呢間門面感覺低調,但一踏進餐廳就有種置身日本傳統壽司店的格局,無論係店員的親切度,師傅整壽司時的一副認真嚴謹樣子,都令我覺得餐廳格調高尚,氣派十足。當日揀左壽司18貫,前後仲有前菜、湯品、甜品等,甚為豐富。🔹白蝦伴酒盗師傳首先弄了一道白蝦伴酒盗,酒盗香濃,配柔綿口感的白蝦一流。🔹三文魚籽接著係三文魚籽,魚籽相當新鮮,粒粒黏同緊密,鹹甜香味十足。🔹北海道真蠔緊接著就係北海道真蠔,大而肥美,鮮中帶海水味,爽滑新鮮。跟住就到食刺身🔹金目鯛師傳輕輕燒過的金目鯛,肉質細緻,油脂適中。🔹紡綞鰤師傅話極為罕有,可以話可遇不可求,肉質甘香魚味濃。🔹烏頭白子未必個個中意食,但呢種燒過既,入口即溶,好似熱溶豆腐咁,好creamy。🔹燒帶子夾海膽呢款無人不歡既燒帶子夾海膽,帶子厚肉,海膽鮮甜🔹深海八爪魚煙韌清甜,味道新鮮。-🔹鮟鱇魚肝微微橙色代表新鮮,魚肝厚身 口感綿綿。🔹鮑魚口感香淋入味,鮑味香濃。🔹湯葉呢款湯葉,亦即係新鮮豆腐皮,係作為食壽司前既過渡;口感幼滑,豆味清香。食左咁多款刺身同罕貴食物,終於黎到食壽司既部分喇~🔹銀雪魚肉質結實爽口。🔹赤貝非常新鮮,放上碟上仲識郁一下,好爽口。🔹剝皮魚上加左剝皮

有口福既我,今日食左拖羅3個部位,呢款野生熟成拖羅肉色會較深。頸口位,帶有油脂,入口易溶;腩位比較爽口,肉質較韌;赤身雖冇脂肪,但肉味香濃鮮嫩。

最最最後仲有芒果雪糕配熊本草莓作結,草莓鮮甜,同芒果味好配搭。

總結,第一次感覺到食緊一餐好正宗既日本壽司,係真係全刺身壽司,非常滿足。😚😚❤❤
