To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 連鎖上海餐廳食tea可能都要百零蚊埋單,但呢間上海野嘅下午茶只需要五十幾蚊就食倒,包括一個小食+一碗麵,價錢同食物質素都唔錯。我同阿媽叫左2個set, 大家都揀左排骨擔擔麵,小食就揀雞絲粉皮+四喜烤麩。我個人就比較中意個粉皮,雖然份量較少,但係個粉皮就整得好好食,幾有咬口,而烤麩就同其它鋪頭果啲差唔多。至於排骨擔擔麵就比較有驚喜,呢樣野係其它上海餐廳散叫都要$80左右,但係呢間餐廳食不但價錢唔貴,而且份量都幾多,當係lunch咁食都可以,湯底可以揀辣或姐唔辣,個擔擔麵花生醬汁亦都啱啱好,唔會太稀或太濃,豬扒亦都炸得好香。
