To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次嚟到呢間上海菜 係歌賦街 附近都食肆林立 入到餐廳周圍都黐住一啲有上海特色嘅畫作 我叫咗一個回鍋肉炒年糕 小籠包 同 豆沙鍋餅 全部都係我嘅至愛回鍋肉炒年糕 炒得夠惹味 裏面除咗有回鍋肉同椰菜之外 仲有豆干 而年糕煙煙韌韌 好有口感 係我鍾意嘅年糕質感至於小籠包 我相信都係呢間店嘅招牌菜之一 一咬入去所有湯汁就流曬出嚟 好juicy 好好味 皮薄餡靚最後豆沙鍋餅做為甜品 外皮炸得夠脆 豆沙亦唔會過甜 份量啱啱好如果大家想係中上環食個美味上海菜 推介大家呢度試下
