To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好少食到咁好質素嘅下午茶set咸點有野菌酥皮餡餅，蟹肉栗米沙律軟包，煙鴨胸配橙皮核桃無花果麵包同烤北海道南瓜味噌醬及烤南瓜籽麵包，全部用料新鮮又好好味。甜點仲靚，有草苺羅勒慕絲，烤杏脯香草杯，蘋果迷迭香肉桂慕絲，牛奶朱古力肉桂香街蕉慕絲蛋糕，黑朱古力慕絲櫻桃撻，當然唔少得afternoon tea 必有嘅英式鬆餅啦。 甜點可以話係我食過酒店afternoon tea set 最好食嘅甜品。應該是香港afternoon tea 呢講質素數一數二，$708兩位，絕對👍🏻環境不錯，服務絕對一流！
