今日同朋友到尖沙咀食飯,餐廳不需要等位就可以入座。我們叫了呠酒桶蠔煲、風味什菜煲、招牌葡汁焗釀響螺、金獎宮爆蝦球、惹味海蜇。首先上的是海蜇,爽口而芝麻香足又不會太鹹。之後是宮爆蝦球,除了蝦球外還有皮蛋,皮蛋外表是先炸過,口感酥軟。而蝦球彈牙鮮甜,再加上醬汁甜中帶點酸,味道不錯。再來是葡汁焗釀響嫘,賣相很漂亮,一度以為是真螺殼。味道方面,葡汁配上螺肉,青豆,洋蔥等清新鮮甜。接住是呠酒桶蠔煲,蠔大隻而且有蠔味,酒味香而不濃剛好帶出蠔的鮮味。最後是什菜煲,入面有菜心、白菜、菇、粉絲和蝦乾。清淡中帶淡淡的海鮮味。整體而言,味道不錯,用料十足。
