已經第二次來用餐. 酒樓位於十七樓, 兩面落地玻璃窗, 可看到尖沙咀維港景色，跟其他一般中式酒樓不一樣，陽光充沛, 令人心曠神怡. 四人行點了個套餐, 價錢合理，點心賣相味道都不錯，不得不提咕嚕肉特別好味，咕嚕肉外脆內軟, 菠蘿配菜新鮮. 樓面雖然只有幾個人但服務周到又有禮, 枱與枱間空間足夠， 坐得舒服. 非常滿意. 這店位於尖沙咀，地點優越但價錢合理，值得推介. 只是酒樓名字欠特色較難記, 只有記住The One 17樓…….

環境好，食物清淡但又好味，服務好。平日晚市真係好靜，呢間酒樓值得再去，平時都唔寫食評，但係都想推介。叫咗個炒飯諗住重口味少少，但係佢都可以keep到唔油膩得來又好食，真係不得不讚👍

姊妹生日飯聚，點了一個6人套餐另加一份晚飯孖寶，連飯後甜品及糖水共十度美食，真的是十全十美。晚飯孖寶係上湯澳洲龍蝦配伊麵底+黑糖义燒皇，澳洲龍蝦好新鮮，龍蝦肉鮮甜彈牙，黑糖义燒皇上枱還是微暖，肉質軟淋蜜味豐富一絕，另外點了個六人套餐連甜點及糖水一共八度菜，碟頭充足味道可口。服務員超有禮貌，主動推介美食及講解分量，怕我們多點，夠貼心👍🏻。酒樓環境寬敞明亮，大落玻璃窗遠望維港景色，枱距寬闊坐得舒服。

Father’s Day lunch was disappointing. Dirty plates and cutlery, with terrible attitude from waitress. It gets worse, the tea tasted like it had no flavour, the tea bag used looked reused. The food was below average, no idea why anyone would eat here apart from the view. Plates were broken also. They turned off the AC and lights while we ate. Never come here unless it’s for a quick photo of the view.

好耐冇試過星期五晚出尖沙咀，早早預約定先今次揀咗The ONE嘅凱薈，呢到擺酒會好靚，有落地大玻璃 酒樓都有安排我哋坐近靠窗位置🌹聽過朋友講呢度嘅黑糖叉燒幾好食，一於試下黑糖味香十足，不過覺得叉燒嘅質感有點硬，可能係瘦既關係，感覺不鬆軟 味道就夠的蒜蓉蝦乾蒸勝瓜呢一道菜要百幾元來説性價比低點，上枱時感覺碟大但只有一條勝瓜左右的份量有點失望 而且細件嗰啲係勝瓜的頭口感較硬清蒸紅東星仔東星仔魚肉雪白嫩滑，魚油雖然不算多，但魚肉味也夠不錯脆皮BB鴿肉質不鞋鴿味濃，一咬有肉汁 ，外皮香脆酥炸桶蠔外皮炸漿略嫌厚了一點，內裏的桶蠔味道濃郁，多汁亦不腥，正上湯澳洲龍蝦伊麵呢一道菜同黑糖叉燒係一個優惠組合龍蝦肉質彈牙鮮甜，配伊麵食係絕配吸晒啲汁，不過龍蝦爪比較多
