有日去完尖沙咀唱k見到安達新開咗間中式私房菜,即刻趁星期五晚約朋友一齊去試下新餐廳,估唔到好有驚喜!🔸黑汁豚肉叉燒叉燒肥瘦分明,軟嫩到入口即化,醬汁食落甜而不膩,充滿醬香🔸欖角骨排骨過油之後表面酥脆可口,舂碎嘅欖角果種鹹香味令到簡單嘅排骨都有豐富嘅層次🔸碌鵝鵝皮油光汪汪,肉質柔嫩細滑,鹹中帶啲甘甜🔸京蔥汁脆皮海參海參外有一層好薄嘅脆皮,入面就Q彈爽滑,口感非常特別;京蔥汁煮到好香甜,完全冇蔥嘅辛辣感🔸海味黃炆翅足両嘅魚翅加上海參條去增加口感,食完之後齒頰留香,充滿雞油嘅香味。呢啲傳統嘅宮廷菜已經買少見少,估唔到係呢到食到!🔸蟹皇蒸元貝全晚最鍾意嘅菜式! 元貝清甜,醬汁食得出係用蟹黃慢慢推成,隱約中滲透住花鵰嘅香氣🔸招牌爆汁玻璃乳鴿玻璃同爆汁都係名不虛傳,乳鴿炸得皮脆肉嫩,肉汁完全鎖哂係乳鴿入邊,必食之選!整體嚟講,餐廳食物質素上乘,環境舒適,絕對對得住佢嘅價錢有凸,值得再次幫襯!
