今次請朋友食生日飯,佢鐘意食特色菜,難得見到九龍區有中東菜,評語又唔錯所以就黎試下。本來前菜想叫個生羊肉薄切同八爪魚,但係店員話無,佢就推薦左個香煎法國雞肝。味道幾好,會有兩塊彼得包俾你包住雞肝食,咁就無咁漏。朋友仲食哂伴碟嘅洋蔥添,話好好食。前菜仲有個Classics Trio Dips Platter。有原味鷹嘴豆泥,黑松露味鷹嘴豆泥同烤茄子醬。又係會有幾塊彼得包俾你點嚟食,個包幾香幾軟熟,後尾我哋食哂仲encore左一兜包。個豆泥整得好滑,朋友比較鐘意黑松露味,個黑松露味唔會好濃但係會有少少香味。中間個烤茄子其實食唔出係茄子,加左啲生洋蔥同埋啲香草,食落會清新啲,平衡反兩邊嘅鷹嘴豆泥。主食就叫左個法國野兔脾配中東小米。野兔脾望落似雞脾,食落好似比雞肉彈牙同埋有一陣煙燻嘅味。側邊有啲茄醬,偏酸同有紅酒味。中東小米比想像中無咁腍,但係如果加左茄醬就會變左一pat野,個人無咁鐘意,所以就淨係用佢黎點兔肉。另外仲叫左個伊比利亞羊肋骨,攞過黎嘅時候聞到一陣好似臭狐咁嘅味,但係食落係無嘅。個羊皮焗得脆脆地,落嘅調味唔會太多仲可以食到羊味。最後梗係要食甜品,叫左個叫Katayef嘅甜品。好香肉

今餐嘅生日飯都幾滿意,除咗食物好食,環境都幾有異國風情,而且店員都好有禮貌,成日都會多謝我哋又好樂意介紹食物。
