To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔係聽完友人講下，都唔知土瓜灣原來有一間咁高質中東菜，記得打電話訂位Hummos B Lamb- 鷹嘴豆泥伴羊肉鷹嘴豆打到好細滑，又香好濃羊肉粒充滿茴香味配上Pita bread，脹卜卜而且熱辣辣最後好食到叫多份包！Octopus-西班牙八爪魚煮得非常之嫩，唔會韌但有咬口，配上大量蒜蓉，檸檬汁同橄欖油，好開胃Desert Rose wagyu beef-摩洛哥燉牛尾牛尾燉得好嫩又入味，幾乎入口即溶仲有炆到勁入味紅蘿蔔同梅乾第一次食中東小米，口感比較粒粒分明幾特別，下次黎一定會再叫甜品也是充滿驚喜Kanafeh經典中東甜品外層鬆脆酥皮碎內裡包著甜芝士口感類似炸芝士條，不過味道是甜的，加上開心果碎，完全不會很油膩
