👩🏻放假同屋企人去圍方行街,揀咗間中菜館食晚飯。本身以為係普通酒樓,入到去先發現裝潢設計都好現代化,菜式賣相都好精緻!🌟竹笙上素羹$65 即叫即煮~熱辣辣而且菇菌蔬菜keep到爽脆嘅口味。成個感覺係健康清爽,幾有驚喜。🌟薑蔥銀絲蝦球煲$198蝦球大隻彈牙,去殻去蝦尾就最啱懶人。粉絲薑味幾重,偏向乾身,食到底都唔會油淋淋。🌟原隻八頭南非鮑魚扣鵝掌$168👩🏻做節通常會食~價錢比其他地方食平好多,但質素都係差唔多。鮑汁偏甜口。🌟上陽樓炒飯$138真係超超超高質!米飯粒粒分明,乾身冇油膩感。勁多瑤柱、蝦仁、叉燒。同埋叉燒用嚟炒飯都好食,下次試下散叫先~🌟濃雞湯鮮百合浸時蔬$148雞湯比平時食嘅濃少少,有唔少清甜嘅百合點綴,唔會食到口淡淡。🌟楊枝甘露$38多果肉又多芒果爆珠,特別足料。
