紅磡,黃埔依度有好多出色小店,特別係串燒,值得一試。朋友介紹話啱吹水同食野,特登黎試下。Menu好多款式,除咗必有既肉,海鮮,蔬菜串燒,仲有小龍蝦,麻辣燙。我地都係串燒為主,叫到擺滿成枱。海鮮:- 蒜蓉粉絲蟶子皇 ($56/隻)- 蒜蓉燒美國大生蠔 ($56 / 2隻)海鮮都食得出係靚野,蒜蓉味又好夾。蟶子皇,食落爽口彈牙,生蠔就好juicy,燒得啱啱好。- 汁燒原條魷魚筒 ($56/隻)魷魚筒整到好腍身,醬汁又夠味。- 錫紙花甲粉 ($58/碗)好多花甲,個粉辣辣地,好開胃,好快食曬。肉類:全部都係小辣,不過已經好惹味,特別推介燒雞皮串,超脆。- 燒雞皮串 ($26 / 2串)燒到勁香脆,encore咗兩次。- 皇牌牛脷心($35/串)有兩種牛脷,皇牌牛脷心貴少少,不過口感好好,好腍,味道香濃,唔會食到乾,硬。- 日本等一口和牛粒 ($35/串)- 醬燒豬頸肉 ($22/串)和牛粒,豬頸肉都燒得啱啱好,好juicy,好惹味。蔬菜:- 燒鮮冬菇 ($14/串)- 蒜蓉燒茄子 ($36/條)燒茄子,鮮冬菇係串燒必食,蒜蓉味好正。
