今日去尖沙咀k11附近,打算食餐好嘅,㕑師發辦Omakase,都算近,係棉登徑嘅上岸料理,門面都幾大,但入到去,其實係長形,只有5,6張枱,佈置好家庭式,但感覺都幾舒服,好有日本和式feel。先泥個豚肉野菜沙律,賣相算係精美,胡麻醬微酸清新,用嚟開胃,的確唔錯!刺身有4款,都係我未食過嘅左囗魚薄切,師傅嘅刀工認真犀利,每一片都薄到透明一様,捲住伴碟嘅蔥同蘿蔔蓉來食,更可以突出魚嘅鮮味。連子鯛刺身,好新鮮,肉質結實,非常有咬口。日本紅衫魚,阿媽間唔中煎嘅紅衫魚就食得多,日本紅衫魚就未食過,店員話喺日本特別関西地區,紅衫魚係種高級魚,叫我要認真試下,食落覺得肉質好柔軟,的確唔錯。石垣貝刺身,肉質新鮮,味道鮮甜。壽司方面全部都係火炙,焦香嘅火燒味令人更加想先食為快,刺身都係時令嘅:深海池魚肉質鮮美,好有囗感金目鯛係第一次食,魚肉棉滑鮮甜甜蝦口感味道比較實,比外麵食嘅有口感。三文魚柚子同帶子都冇令人失望,都係超鮮甜。燒物有鷄腎同鷄軟骨,食落去肉汁豐盈,非常有咬口,加d檸汁仲惹味,之後再食埋燒日本青椒仔,乜嘢油膩感都清曬!魷魚一夜乾,聴店員講,魷魚都係經新鮮調味醃製,吊乾一晚後再來燒嘅,所以特別

魷魚一夜乾,聴店員講,魷魚都係經新鮮調味醃製,吊乾一晚後再來燒嘅,所以特別入味,食時加d青檸同七味粉,更能吊出鮮味。
松葉蟹腳係我嘅摯愛,用嚟整天婦羅,炸皮薄身,外脆內鮮,香口非常。

甜品有柚子同番薯雪芭,柚子味酸酸甜甜,番薯有紫薯香味,都做得唔錯。
美味嘅一餐食完喇,但我好似唔係好夠飽,食物嘅分量稍為細咗啲,當然 唔敢出聲啦,因為唔係我埋單,盛惠1千6百幾,食得好啲,自然貴啲啦。
