To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然地點相對隱蔽，但係 和記餐廳 絕對係東區街坊心目中嘅冧巴溫茶餐廳！性價比極高！炒粉麵飯 - 大力推介 鹹魚雞絲炒飯，乾燒伊麵同星洲炒米。味道方面絕對比得上大酒家，炒出嚟嘅粉麵飯只有熱辣辣同埋夠鑊氣，唔會油淋淋。炸雞髀薯條 - 雞髀大大隻，塊皮炸到脆博博，你點忍得口？火候控制恰到好處。西多士 - 厚薄適中，一試難忘。其實仲有好多推介，例如 早晨既烘底餐蛋治，午餐既老火例湯同下午茶紅豆冰等等，絕對估唔到街坊茶餐廳都有咁樣既質素。
