舊同學生日,當然要同佢食返餐,佢喜歡食串燒,我請佢去銅鑼灣嘅吳留手居酒屋慶生。居酒屋有兩層, 裝潢以日式簡約設計。前菜好精緻,海蜇又香又爽口。南瓜粉嫩。酸蘿蔔爽口醒胃。剌身新鮮金目鯛魚油豐潤,口感軟熟,魚皮魚肉同樣鮮香。鮮帶子厚身又細密,味道濃郁鮮甜。深池芽蔥海膽卷,深海池魚爽甜一,味道比一般的池魚更鮮甜,肉質爽更滑肥美!日本芽葱比一般的葱細小,清爽微辛,只有一種淡淡的葱甜味。橙黃色的海膽味道甘甜,質感細膩,幾乎入口即溶。清酒煮蜆,清酒經過煮熱後味道更加香濃,陣陣酒香帶出蜆的鮮味。串燒即叫即燒柚子胡椒雞,雞肉燒得皮脆肉嫩有肉汁,用咗柚子胡椒既調味,鹹香中帶點清新感覺,十分惹味!雞皮,外皮香口帶脆,肉質富彈性。雞尾肥美飽滿,燒出黎好香脆可口,咬落好肥好厚脂肪,油份好香。雞腎有嚼勁嘅口感。日本五花腩,油花分佈均勻,口感豐富,肉味香濃。雞肉丸好大粒,入面加入雞軟骨,食落好有口感,再沾上蛋汁,又有滑嘟嘟口感。厚燒日本煙肉質感豐富,味道濃厚鹹鮮。
