To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前慶祝朋友生日嚟過,今天決定帶朋友來食,相信一定會喜愛吃🥰👍🏼首先一定要嗌北京填鴨,兩個人叫咗半隻,叫左一食既食法。北京填鴨果然名不虛傳,真係好好味,皮脆肉滑,而且加埋配料真係好好味。而且份量都好多。兩個人起碼每人食7至8塊😂😂另外又係必點嘅荔枝肉咕嚕肉,第一次食咕嚕肉係配荔枝,出奇地夾,而且好入味。配上酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,真係好開胃呀❤️❤️上次呢個食完一直都好掛住,今次一定要叫😂就係脆米海鮮鴨湯飯,落咗啲脆米,成個湯飯都有口感,脆卜卜。而且鴨湯好入味,我哋兩個都好快清晒😂
