因工作關係,有幸去呢間酒店餐廳午餐。頭盤及甜品以自助形式,主菜則提供三款選擇,包括牛丶魚及意粉。面對眼前頭盤,我提醒自己要留肚食主菜,必須嚴選自己喜歡嘅食物,主要攞咗沙律及海鮮,個人最喜歡蟹腳及杯子龍蝦沙律。 主菜我叫左香煎鯛魚,皮脆肉嫩,煎得好、有水準。甜品選擇也不少,竟然有我至愛 - 麵包布甸,可惜我實在太飽,希望下次有機會食。
