今日在朗豪坊shopping完,又累又餓。看到頂層的燈光設計很特別,於是到一間西餐廳試試。看到餐牌,令我眼前一亮:有半自助晚餐🤩這裡有不少甜品、沙律、海鮮,還有果汁、南瓜湯。試了芝士蛋糕、蛋沙律、紅菜頭、南瓜湯,全都做得很高質。烤安格斯牛柳、法式芝士焗龍蝦( $395)當侍應捧來時,牛柳的燒烤香氣已撲鼻而來,牛柳肉味濃郁,不覺油膩。龍蝦有滿滿的芝士和蝦膏,而且廚師十分體貼的已經將大塊的龍蝦鉗外殼破開了。蝦膏和薯蓉配搭味道一流。煙燻三文魚、黑松露忌廉汁意大利麵 ($235)黑松露濃郁的香氣四溢,忌廉汁令每一啖意粉都細滑可口,還發現忌廉汁裡頭有一些少少瓜菜,口感更有層次,煙三文魚的肉質厚嫩,正!
