To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友今日約左黎T Hotel食飯，餐廳位於山上並且對住海景，景觀一流由於呢度係俾學生實習既酒店，所以價錢抵食之餘食物都有番相當水準但要提一提既係呢度只招待會員既~ Sous-vide lined cod $160鱈魚入口油潤，而且一點腥味都無。Risotto煮得啱啱好，粒飯少少硬身，個汁好CreamyAngus Beef Burger $95好足料既Burger，漢堡扒夠juicy，煙肉煎得香脆；溶喺Burger上面既芝士都好吸引。稍為不足之處係牛油果唔係太夠Ripe，同埋麵包可以烘烤耐啲。Coleslaw既沙律汁太酸，著條係幼薯條，口感不及粗薯好。餐牌整體黎講以環境及食物質素黎衡量既話呢度係性價比好高 好想再番黎食鱈魚呀~
