To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我哋嚟到中環怡紅院朝聖🙈 最近見到好多人去食等我又試吓係咪真係咁正先👍🏻，環境裝修非常之靚座位闊落舒適，好似穿越左古代咁。-我哋叫咗養顏濃厚花膠雞湯底，花膠嘅份量都唔少㗎，而且雞肉非常之嫩滑，店員仲好貼心咁樣幫我哋剪開方便我哋食用👍🏻，湯底非常之濃郁，唔覺唔覺未食已經飲咗三碗🙈-手切牛頸脊肉質肥瘦適中，而且牛肉味都好濃厚，好冧好好食，咁即係入口即溶😋-怡紅丸，係出名嘅麻辣牛打牛丸，麻辣味非常之香，入邊有啲花椒，而且手打非常之彈牙，牛味濃厚💯-黑松露餃外皮好滑，一邊咬開淡淡的黑松露香味大大隻，入面有好多爽口嘅蝦肉同蟹肉一絲絲😍口感相當豐富💯-皇帝菜非常之嫩滑新鮮顏色翠綠😋-叫左杯vita kuk fa係一個好古典嘅花樽好靚非常打卡able,係Gin酒加上檸檬汁，仲有柚子蜂蜜少少soda,味道甘香有少少甜甜地👍🏻-China colada 重椰子香同有小小菠蘿味好香❤️-
