Coffee Co.在尖沙咀開分店，我第一次光顧。NOC是Not Only Coffee(不只是咖啡)的縮寫，創辦人希望為食客「全新和完整的咖啡體驗」，還有他們自家炮製的食物。尖沙咀分店以機場貴賓候機室為設計概念，光顧當日未到午餐時間已經有人等位，於是店員安排我坐在戶外座位。用餐時間兩個鐘頭，沒有加一，食客需要掃描二維碼點餐。我點了一份香煎帶子手工扁帶麵做午餐。帶子煎得剛好，肉質沒有乾透，而且很Juicy，手工製扁帶麵有咬勁。雖然已經十一月，天氣還是有點熱，所以我點了一杯凍的手沖咖啡品嚐。飲品用上埃塞俄比亞的水洗咖啡豆，我加了二十元加入咖啡店新引入的水溶性CBD，CBD是其中一種大麻素，有助改善睡眠質素。我第一次嘗試CBD，感覺沒什麼特別。甜品方面我還點了一份濃縮咖啡奶凍(panna cotta)，賣相十分吸引。伴碟的青提子、藍莓、覆盆子都是甜的，咖啡味果凍配上酸的覆盆子醬很開胃。Iced Pour Over: Ethiopia washed with Liquid Life CBD香煎帶子手工扁帶麵 $148 Espresso panda cotta $74
