朋友知道我鍾意日本料理,特意同我嚟試下呢間位於銅鑼灣亨環嘅日本料理店——「輝」,一入到店内,環境好有日式風情,我哋揀坐喺吧台,望住廚師忙碌嘅身影,感覺頗特别。首先,我哋點咗杯 Kyoho Grape開開胃。跟住就試咗松葉蟹肉炸海老卷,蟹肉超多,海老卷嘅炸皮好香脆,搭配得非常好。吞拿魚他他非常新鮮,口感滑順。海膽壽司同扇貝壽司都好好味,海膽鮮甜,扇貝鮮嫩可口。松葉蟹肉配蟹膏,蟹膏嘅風味非常濃郁,搭配蟹肉,簡直係一種享受。不得不讚,「輝」嘅刺身水準好高,好鮮甜。至於蒸蛋羹配上各種海鮮,滑得嚟又有層次感,令人驚喜。串燒方面,雞肉串真係唔錯,雞肉加軟骨,口感丰富,但我最鍾意嘅係豚肉年糕卷,豚肉嘅味道好好,年糕又有嚼勁,食咗一啖就停唔到。牛舌就係另一種享受,肉質柔軟,帶有淡淡的煙燻味,味道相當出色。最後,食埋個近期好興嘅開心果雪糕,為整個餐點畫上完美句號。整體而言,「輝」嘅菜式不僅新鮮,味道也十分出色,環境又好,如果你對日本料理有一定要求,「輝」絕對值得一試!
