係全球超過800間分店,日本第二大連所拉麵店「町田商店」係Airside開咗新舖。主要賣”家系”拉麵。“家系”起源於橫濱「吉村家」,口味簡單啲形容就係九州豚骨湯X東京醬油湯。町田商店用咗豚骨、雞骨熬煮再加入醬油,能夠湯頭濃厚鮮味。今日冇食MAX拉麵,反而叫咗一碗極品叉燒拉麵。配料有5塊叉燒、1塊紫菜、鵪鶉蛋、菠菜。面可以揀粗或者幼,但係食家係拉麵梗係要粗麵。之前嫌佢塊叉燒太薄,今次嚟食厚咗少少,加埋今次呢個拉麵嘅叉燒量特別多,所以非常之滿足。另外點嘅小食章魚燒質素都唔錯,外邊夠脆入面又夠淋。
