To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約左班舊同學食飯,同學話深水埗有間小炒好好食,話一齊去試下。當個朋友send個餐廳名出黎,見到肥牛豬骨煲我仲以為佢send錯添,原來呢度除左豬骨煲,仲有小炒食!去到門口都有d人等位,好彩朋友book定位,先至唔駛排。我地叫左5個餸,包括椒鹽鮮魷、啫啫通菜煲、啫啫雞煲、芥辣牛柳粒同炸大腸。前三個就輕輕講下,後兩個先係重點推介。先講個椒鹽鮮魷,粉唔算厚,蛋漿比較多,所以炸時面粉發得較勁,都炸得幾金黃香脆,係香口好食嘅。啫啫通菜煲都算係餐廳名菜之一,鑊氣好夠,雖然都似係炒好放落煲,但佢起碼燒紅個煲先放,唔會一下就凍晒,味道偏咸但惹味。啫啫雞煲就無乜驚喜,所以不提了。至於另兩個重點推介就係芥辣牛柳粒同炸大腸。芥辣牛柳粒個汁就用日式芥末加沙律醬開成,其實食落都有d攻鼻,不過愈食愈過癮。牛柳粒肉質唔錯,咬落都算軟稔有肉味,加芥辣係幾夾。不過配料蜜糖合桃加芥辣汁更夾,同時有2種味道,又甜又辣,合桃清得快過d牛柳。炸大腸呢就算係我食過數一數二,外皮炸得好脆好脆,但一d都唔油,而且裹面一d都唔乾,咬落仲係軟軟嘅,火候控制得剛剛好,呢個真係要比個like師父。總括來講,真係高質嘅小炒,雖然地點唔係大街

炸大腸呢就算係我食過數一數二,外皮炸得好脆好脆,但一d都唔油,而且裹面一d都唔乾,咬落仲係軟軟嘅,火候控制得剛剛好,呢個真係要比個like師父。

總括來講,真係高質嘅小炒,雖然地點唔係大街,有d難搵,但咁多人排就知正啦。
