To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這是回頭率高的連鎖餐廳聽說翡翠是新加坡過江龍，在香港好說有十年八年歷史，分店越開越多，質素有一定程度保証。這天晚上我和好朋友去沙田新城市分店吃晚餐，點了小籠包，菜肉雲吞，素菜麵，和小食3味醉豬腳，烤麩，淆肉。小籠包湯汁充足，跟醋汁很配合，一如既往的好吃，個人覺得比某台灣連鎖集團的香港店更好吃。素菜麵和菜肉餃清而不淡，吃完不會口渴。小食3味也不錯。總體比同類餐廳平均質素高，如果午餐或晚餐想不到吃甚麼，翡翠是理想選擇。#翡翠拉面小籠包

這天晚上我和好朋友去沙田新城市分店吃晚餐，點了小籠包，菜肉雲吞，素菜麵，和小食3味醉豬腳，烤麩，淆肉。

小籠包湯汁充足，跟醋汁很配合，一如既往的好吃，個人覺得比某台灣連鎖集團的香港店更好吃。

素菜麵和菜肉餃清而不淡，吃完不會口渴。小食3味也不錯。總體比同類餐廳平均質素高，如果午餐或晚餐想不到吃甚麼，翡翠是理想選擇。
