To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ikea 新推出好多素item，望落唔單止好睇仲好好食1️⃣素菜丸單食味道冇肉丸咁出色，但配上蕃茄莎莎醬成個風味唔同，酸酸甜甜好夾👍🏻2️⃣單骨雞翼呢個比得上脆香雞翼，外皮超酥脆，入面juicy，嫩滑，望落都唔覺佢係辣，食完先會有個嘴熱嘅感覺，辣度重高過脆香雞翼😂3️⃣素菜熱狗反而呢個有點遜色，配菜好食過熱狗腸，炸洋蔥+紫椰菜爽脆口感，加上classic芥末醬汁必定好食，但素熱狗腸反而有點唔知食緊咩😕
