今日妟就食得太飽,所以夜晚就諗住食啲輕盈啲既日本菜啦,就同朋友黎到銅鑼灣呢間日本餐廳。餐廳唔係好大,得幾張枱,不過服務員既態度好好,非常友善。前菜我地嗌左秋葵酢,醋加埋啲木魚,咸咸酸酸地好開胃,秋葵切到一粒粒,唔會滑潺潺。前菜仲叫左個煎魚頭,煎得好香好脆,啲肉一啲都唔乾。個魚頭好大個,唔會淨係得啲骨同皮,有好多肉。然後主菜叫左六件握壽司同熱既天婦羅蕎麥麵。六件握壽司係廚師發板,有海膽和魚子,仲有帶子同拖羅。啲材料好足,好大份,好新鮮,一啲都唔腥。天婦羅有兩件蝦,一件冬菇(好大粒)加一片紫菜。一啲都唔粉,好鬆脆。最後,加多一份鹽燒雞翼,廚師將雞翼果兩條骨分開左,好貼心,食落好方便。調味岩岩好,唔會太咸,又唔會有雪藏味,加兩滴檸檬,好食!係銅鑼灣呢個地段,有好多日本餐廳,不過呢一間,真係值得推介。
