近日見到寶勒巷開咗間Akoya屋酒屋,新開餐廳梗係要試吓啦😋明太子煎蛋卷,蛋捲大大份,煎得好靚,火喉岩岩好,切開入面勁多明太子。肉厚活3年帆立貝,帆立貝就算切開左都大大粒,再加上牛油,更加香口,而且入口鮮甜👍🏻海膽汁燒蠔 ,未上枱已經聞到香味,蠔肉炸得岩岩好,食落好多汁,再配上海膽汁好食!特上刺身拼盤7點盛,有和牛刺身、拖羅、鯛魚、海老、深海池魚、鯖魚同間八每款刺身都非常新鮮,當中拖羅入口即溶,令我念念不忘😂炭火燒拼盤6串 ,帥博控制火喉做得好好,每款食物燒到香口,而肉汁重部都保留到👍🏻雞湯卡邦尼拌烏冬,款式創新食落充滿蛋香同煙肉的味道😍自家製雞蛋布甸,布甸好滑身充滿蛋香,配上微微帶苦的焦糖,整體配搭非常好,嚟到值得一試!柚子雪葩,食落淡淡柚子清香💗整體食物品質屬於中上,值得推介大家黎試吓💗😋
