To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣開始轉涼就想食啲熱辣辣嘅嘢～今次黎食酸菜魚🤤🤤🤤必食冷鍋酸菜魚 $238唔係太食得辣嘅我哋叫咗BB辣，酸酸辣辣好開胃，天氣涼涼地食就一流😌😌鍋入邊有好多魚片，啖啖肉完全食唔到碎骨👍🏻仲有萵筍、寬粉、芽菜等等嘅配菜份量足夠，食完都飽飽地🤰之後就可以加湯打邊爐叫咗打邊爐一定要食嘅牛肉(⁠｡⁠･⁠ω⁠･⁠｡⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠♡手切肥牛（細） $98睇色澤同花紋就知係好食嘅牛味重，口感又軟嫩，高質🤤🤤🤤仲有唔少得嘅黑糖糍粑（細） $42作為煙韌控每次見到都一定要叫外脆內軟，好食🤤🤤🤤嘢飲方面我地叫咗蜂蜜雪梨梳打 $38蜜桃冰沙 $45怕辣嘅話建議大家叫冰沙～
