Restaurant: Fat Belly Butcher & Gin House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次同朋友嚟咗大埔一間西餐鋸扒,朋友話平安夜食過都覺得唔錯所以決定嚟慶祝生日🎂同朋友都嗌咗US Black Angus Prime Striploin ($118/100g),呢到係先嗌扒,butcher 會磅塊扒有幾重然後再按重量收費,店員話西冷就通常每一塊200-300g,原本朋友想嗌rib eye但聽到一塊成360g嚇親所以都揀返西冷~嗌咗medium都算煎得ok,扒都冇咩筋,而且幾有肉味,肉質都算軟淋🥰 Sauce嗌咗chimichurri,覺得呢種醬本身比較油啲襯扒好似有啲太油膩😂好彩佢有三款mustard,之後我都係點mustard+grilled garlic咁食就幾正🤪Sides自己嗌咗sautéed spinach 同grilled portobello,個人就覺得冇咩特別,反而朋友嗌嘅薯條炸得啱啱好,口味唔算重😛極力推介🤩朋友預先用咗電話book位埋單竟然七折😱本身入嚟嘅時候都見唔到餐廳有呢個promotion 所以有啲驚喜😳不過生日蛋糕餐廳會收$50切餅費🍽 環境可能會有少少逼但餐廳嘅服務都幾好,成餐飯食得都算舒服😌係一間高質素嘅平民扒房,值得一試呀😚
